CargoVerse is a commercial software platform operated by Cartagena AS. This page describes how we handle personal data collected through the cargoverse.cloud website, our demo request form, and during a customer engagement.

What we collect

When you request a demo, contact us, or download a resource, we collect the information you provide directly (typically name, work email address, company name, and optional message). We also collect standard web-analytics data (visited pages, session duration, referring source) through Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics.

How we use it

Demo and contact submissions are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare relevant material, and coordinate follow-up. Web-analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of third-party processors strictly to operate the site: Microsoft (hosting, analytics, Teams), Formspree (form submission delivery), Google (analytics), LinkedIn (insight tag). These processors handle data on our behalf under data-processing terms.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at post@cartagena.no.
